What is Cocco Terrace? Cocco Terrace is a sweets store operated by Nagamitsu Noen, a heirloom chicken farmer in Sapporo, Hokkaido. They make special sweets using their own heirloom eggs.
What is an egg tart? The outside is a crispy pie crust. Inside is a custard cream filled with our own heirloom eggs and fresh Hokkaido cream. It is a rich egg tart baked at high temperature.
How to enjoy it? Frozen, it's like ice cream in a cool suit. (Recommended). It is also delicious as it is after thawing. Wrap in aluminum foil and warm in a toaster to enjoy the aroma of freshly baked eggs. (Instructions on how to enjoy them are included.)
