How to order
1. Select the product on the web page.
2. Enter your delivery information and select a payment method.
3. After confirming the contents of your order, click the “Place Order” button.
4. We will send you an “Order Confirmation E-mail (automatic transmission)”. Please make sure that the contents are correct.
When to ship
We will prepare your order for shipping in approximately one week from the time of order.
The products will be shipped by cool delivery service on the following Tuesday (Japan Standard Time) after they are ready for shipment.
Please note that there may be a delay if there is a large volume of orders.
About the email we will send you
When you place an order and when your order has been shipped, an e-mail notification will be automatically sent to you from our store. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check the following possible causes.
The e-mail from our store has been sorted into your spam folder.
E-mail from your PC has been blocked.
Your e-mail address is incorrect.
The security settings of your e-mail software are too strict.
Please contact your e-mail software, cell phone company, or free e-mail address provider for details on how to set up your e-mail address.
*If you have an anti-spam filter, please unset the “@domain.com” domain name.
If you have not received an automatic e-mail, your order may not have been completed correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by phone or e-mail.
About Payment
You can choose from the following payment methods
Credit Card
The following credit cards are accepted.
VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners
Billing will be confirmed at the time of product shipment.
Shop Pay
Shop Pay is a payment method that allows you to pay using the shipping address and credit card information registered on shopify.com.
Click on the “Buy with shop pay” button, login with your shopify.com email address and password, and select your shipping address and credit card information.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons, except for defective products or wrong products.
Please check carefully before ordering.
We take every precaution to manage our products, but in the unlikely event of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange.
We will contact you for a refund or exchange after confirming that the product is defective.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.

The timing of refund depends on the payment method as follows.
Credit Card and Shop Pay Refund - We will cancel the charge to your credit card company. Depending on the timing, the amount will be deducted from your credit card once, but will be refunded by your credit card company in the following month or deducted from the next month's billing.
